The Firm represents owners, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and sub-subcontractors. The Firm's primary focus is on commercial construction projects, but we also handle all issues relating to residential properties.

The Firm commonly assists insurers with subrogation and liability claims originating from construction projects. We have represented various Oklahoma colleges and institutions in those matters.
